It all started in 1986 when Katharine Giovanni became an event planner and concierge for Fortune 500 executives. In 1996, Katharine formed her first company, an independent meeting planning firm called Meeting Planning Plus.
In 1998, a handful of pioneers discovered the world of the independent concierge and Katharine was one of them. If you looked around the U.S. back then, you might have found two dozen concierge services, but certainly no more than that. Sensing a need, Katharine propelled their meeting planning business into something more cutting edge: a company that offered concierge services and consulting to an eclectic range of industries that had yet to discover the world of the concierge. Triangle Concierge, now called The Giowell Group, was born.
In 2000, she founded the International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association, one of the first associations for the concierge industry. Katharine retired from the association in 2015. She went on to create ICLMNet – The International Concierge & Lifestyle Management Network, and most recently the Dynamic Women Network (www.dynamicwomennetwork.com).
Over the last twenty years, Katharine has consulted thousands of companies and individuals from more than forty countries and every U.S. state. Triangle was one of the first two companies in the world to provide concierge consulting.

Ron Giovanni
Founder & Chief Visionary Officer
Ron, one of the founders of the Giowell Group and ICLMNet, has been in the operations, customer service and sales fields for more than thirty years.
He has been Giowell’s CEO since its inception in 1998. Ron has set up several successful businesses which includes Triangle Concierge, Triangle International, ICLMNet and NewRoad Publishing. He is responsible for both ICLMNet and Giowell’s operations. Ron is also the founder of NewRoad Publishing, which has published four books as well as developed software and other downloadable products for the Concierge Industry.
He also has a background in Real Estate both as a licensed Broker and in sales as a Home-builder Representative.
Ron’s goal is to help others become the best in what they do. He believes that service is above all else when it comes to your clients.
